1. Before boring and
repair of the cylinder, check whether the surface of the
cylinder is clean and flat and free of dirt and impurities or
not.
2. The cylinder to be bored is placed under the base plate of
the machine, the center of the cylinder hole is determined, the
cylinder body is fixed, and then the boring operation can be
carried out.
3. The motorcycle cylinders needing holes with diameters of
39-70mm and depth of being smaller than or equal to 160mm can be
maintained. If the suitable fixtures are fitted, other cylinders
with the corresponding requirements can also be maintained.
