The self priming return pump is suitable for all food related products,
such as dairy products, beverages, food, cosmetics, food additives, and
fine chemicals. A self priming return pump uses a special impeller to
apply centrifugal force to generate speed, and a rotating impeller to
increase speed and push fluid through the outlet valve.
The characteristic of ZXB-SY self-priming pump is
that it can transport liquid mixed with air or foam, even in the pump
chamber with only air.
This pump compresses air to generate a maximum negative pressure of 0.6
in the pump chamber, and is widely used in the fluid industry as a self
priming delivery pump for liquids. Especially used in CIP cleaning
systems, the liquid in the tank and CIP return pipeline is self
aspirated and transported to keep the pipeline free of water
accumulation. |

Matters needing attention： |

Warning:
1. Do not switch on the pump when
it is empty. It will be easily damaged if the pump is operating with no
liquid for a little while. Please be sure that there is enough liquid in
the pump before you switch on!
2. Do not use this pump with liquid
of strong acid and alkali.
3. Do not use this pump with high
proof spirits or alcohol.
4.The
installation foundation of the pump shall generally be a flat ground
with sufficient strength, which shall be installed at the lowest
position of the equipment as far as possible, that is, the position with
the maximum lift height.
5.Do not idle
the machine to prevent burning the motor.
