Operation: |
|
Manual mode
1. Connect the power cord of model 410 dispensing machine and turn it on
2. Install the PTFE pipe
3. Set forward and forward rotation and press CW CCW key to convert, we
select CCW key to convert, and we select cw-clockwise rotation
4. Set reverse suction VAC, ADJ, turn large, turn small to select the
required value, it is best to turn off reverse reverse reverse suction
in manual mode
5. Adjust DIS and adv knob to set the optimal speed (the best working
speed is 50-120ram)
6. Press SHOT key, or hand switch, foot switch to complete the operation |

Automatic mode
1. Turn the transfer switch to TIME position and the indicator light
will be on
2. Use the DISPENSE TIME key to set the dispensing Angle
3. Work according to the above manual mode 2.3.4.5.6 program
Note: model 410 dispensing machine is in the anti - clockwise mode, the
key of DISPENSE TIME is changed to suction function. Reverse suction
knob (VAC ADJ) becomes set point glue Angle |
