Description |
TQ-II film is adjustable
by adjusting the film above the two differentiator, and can adjust the
vertical direction below the blade to control the gap, that is, the
final coating thickness.
The use of high-precision micrometer, the film ranges from 0 to 3500μm
adjustable to 10 microns per blade gap adjustment when the drawdown. |

Maintenance and care: |
Clean the instrument with a
suitable solvent immediately after each use. Both ends of the
scraper move in the groove, and the groove must remain free of test
sample material at all times. Differential heads may occasionally
need to be repositioned to correct for wear or misalignment To make
such adjustments, the assembly must lower or raise, which can be
achieved by loosening (and removing) the two hidden setscrews on
each differentiator.

Returns & Exchanges

returns must be made within 14 days of delivery date. Items must be in
new, unused condition, with all original materials included with the
shipment. A partial refund may be applied for opened or damaged items,
depending on the condition.

returned under the buyer’s remorse: The return shipping fee must be
covered by the buyer; The original shipping cost will also be deducted
from the refund. 15% restocking fee of the items purchase price will be
