2. Keep hands and tools away from the feeding port during operation. Cut off power before maintenance, cleaning or color change.

3. Only use dry pellet masterbatch. Do not use wet, agglomerated, dusty or metal-contaminated materials, which may cause jamming and screw wear.

4. Thoroughly clean the hopper, screw and feeding passage during color change to avoid cross-contamination. Never spray water directly onto the servo motor or control box.

5. Do not use metal tools to clear blockages, which may scratch the metering screw. Long-time no-load running is forbidden.

Control Box

The independent intelligent control box is equipped with an LCD display and intuitive keys. Operators can quickly set masterbatch ratio parameters and save multiple formulas for easy operation.
　

Driving Motor

The motor delivers sufficient torque with smooth and low-noise operation. It precisely drives the metering screw for consistent feeding. It features reliable power output and strong load resistance.
　

Back Plate

The back plate is equipped with multiple aviation connectors for material storage signal, material shortage alarm, screw drive and agitator motor signal, signal expansion and troubleshooting.
　

Feeding Hopper

The welded tapered hopper has a smooth inner wall to prevent material sticking, bridging and accumulation and ensure smooth feeding. It is resistant to corrosion and easy to clean.
　

Viewing Window

The transparent viewing window allows direct observation of the material level and feeding status inside the hopper. Operators can monitor masterbatch pellet flow in real time and quickly detect abnormalities.
　

Fixing Base

The cross-shaped flange mounting plate fits feed throats of injection molding and extrusion machines for easy positioning and firm installation. The high-strength metal plate provides stable load bearing.
　

2. Turn on the controller switch. Enter the parameter menu on the LCD panel, set the operating parameters.

3. Open the hopper quick latch, add dry qualified masterbatch pellets into the hopper, and then close the latch. Check the material status through the sight window.

4. Start the injection or extrusion machine. The machine sends synchronization signals. The stepper motor drives the metering screw to feed masterbatch quantitatively at preset ratio and blend with base materials. Monitor the running data and feeding condition in real time.

5. Stop the injection or extrusion machine, and the doser stops feeding synchronously. Cut off the power, remove the hopper and screw assembly, and clean away residual materials.
