				standard industrial oil. 
				 
				Power Off for Service: Always disconnect the machine from 
				the power supply before performing any maintenance, or cleaning. 
				Never operate electrically. 
				 
				Avoid Paint Damage: Be careful not to chip or damage the 
				machine's paint during production, as paint flakes could fall 
				into the dough. 
				 
				Thorough Cleaning: When cleaning, pay special attention 
				to removing any debris from the rounding disk and the underside 
				of the dough plates. 
				 
				Proper Drying: After cleaning, hang the PVC dough plates 
				in a well-ventilated area to air dry. Do not bake, freeze, or 
				stack them, as this may cause warping, cracking, or deformation.

				cautious to avoid getting hands pinched, caught, or cut by the

				1. Power Connection: 
				Connect the plug to an AC110V power source according to the 
				voltage and wiring indicators. The power indicator light will 
				illuminate. 
				2. Test Run Without Load: 
				Run the machine empty to check for any abnormal noise or 
				jamming. 
				3. Initial Setup & Cleaning (For new machines or after 
				prolonged storage): 
				(1) Clean off any dust and oil residue from the machine head and 
				the rounding disk base. 
				(2) Use approximately 2KG of dough to run through the machine 
				repeatedly until the machine head and rounding disk base are 
				thoroughly clean. 
				4. Preparation for Production: 
				Once cleaned, place your mixed dough onto the food-grade PVC 
				plate and flatten it. Allow the dough to relax for a period of 
				time. 
				5. Loading the Dough Plate: 
				(1) Place the PVC plate with the dough into the machine body, 
				aligning it with the rounding disk base. 
				(2) ⚠Important: The plate has a round hole which must be 
				correctly aligned and seated onto the cylindrical pin on the 
				rounding disk. Ensure the plate is level. 
				6. Adjusting the Rounding Scale: 
				(1) The rounding scale is adjusted using the knurled weight 
				adjustment lever on the machine head. 
				Example Settings: 
				For 80g per dough piece: Set the scale to 8. 
				For 50g per dough piece: Set the scale to 5. 
				After adjustment, securely tighten the locking screw. 
				(2) ⚠ Note: Avoid setting the scale too high or too low. A scale 
				that is too small may damage the surface of the dough, while a 
				scale that is too large will produce unsatisfactory rounding 
				results. (Precision can be slightly affected by factors such as 
				flour type, water content, and reading angle). 
				7. Pressing the Dough: 
				After setting the scale, press down the handle (pressure pipe) 
				on the machine head repeatedly to flatten the dough. This 
				ensures uniform division of the dough pieces. 
				8. Dividing the Dough: 
				(1) With your left hand, push the blocking knife to the right. 
				Then, press the handle (pressure pipe) down firmly and 
				completely until it is fully in position. 
				(2) Note: The consistency of the dough mixing directly affects 
				the weight uniformity of the divided pieces. The dough should 
				have no large, uneven air bubbles and have a moderate water 
				content. 
				9. Rounding the Dough: 
				(1) Slightly release the pressure pipe (creating a gap of 
				approx. 1mm between the machine head and the rounding disk). 
				(2) With your left hand, slowly push the rounding lever down 
				towards the lower right (as indicated by the arrow), gradually 
				increasing speed. 
				(3) Once started, you can release the rounding lever and allow 
				the mechanism to complete the cycle. 
				(4) Note: The rounding time varies; smaller dough pieces may 
				require a longer rounding time. Adjust the operation duration 
				according to your specific product. 
				10. Completing the Process: 
				Lift the handle (pressure pipe) upwards to its original 
				position, allowing the divider head to disengage from the dough. 
				Remove the plate containing the divided and rounded dough
