1.Servo Motor :
The machine adopts servo drive
control, with intelligent torque protection,instead of the
traditional lathe, drilling machine or manual tapping
limitations. High-power servo motor, strong power and stable
operation, can ensure the tapping accuracy; fast heat
dissipation, can work for a long time, and has a certain
overload capacity.

2.Heat Emission Hole :
The mechine is designed with heat
dissipation holes, which can timely discharge the excess of
work, generated in the process of work, prevent overheating and
protect the machine.

3.Forward and Reverse :
The handle of the machine head is
designed with forward and reverse buttons, which is comfortable
to hold, and can be tapped during forward rotation. After
tapping is completed, press the reverse button to exit the tap.

4.Smart Touch Screen :
The newly upgraded smart touch
screen is easy to set and responsive, with two languages,
Chinese and English, and can display the torque in real time;
the protective cover design can protect the touch screen.

5.Planetary Reducer :
The planetary reducer is oil-proof,
anti-collision and dust-proof, wihch can effectively support the
long-term operation of the motor, reduce the motor speed and
increase the torque, thereby reducing energy consumption.

6.Stable Support :
Advanced mechanical design, a
variety of processes using mold castings,the overall rigidity is

realize thevertical and horizontal work of complex and heavy
workpiece, locate quickly, and process accurately.

The bottom is equipped with anti-slip foot pads, which

- The rotating parts are made
of graphite copper sleeves and bearings, which are flexible in
rotation, more wear-resistant, and have high tapping accuracy.
- Wide range of processing
materials, can process aluminum, copper, A3 steel, 45 steel,
cast iron, pig iron, Q235, S136, mold steel, 718H,40Cr,
stainless steel and other materials.
- A limit slider is designed on
the support rod, which can flexibly adjust the vertical height
of the tapping machine from the horizontal table, and has strong
adaptability.
- By adjusting the screws on
both sides, the tapping direction of the machine head can be
adjusted, which can realize vertical tapping and horizontal
tapping, and can rotote 360° in the vertical plane, with high
effciency.
