Numerical control liquid
filling machine uses micro-computer to control the mini-pump on filling
time and the rotation motor so that the machine can fill the liquid
fluently and at high accuracy. It's widely used in medical , chemistry,
food, beverage, oil and cosmetics, etc. It's suitable for filling
low-viscous liquid without pellets.
Separated with the electric motor, the pump is made of a variety of

Installation and operation
1)Take the small filter (photo
1) out of the part, and install it below the feeding tube. Then
take the plastic filling nozzle out and install it in the
feeding tube (the triangle head connects the discharge tube).
Take out the filling- head stand and install it on the left of
the machine as photo 3 shows, put the filling head in the clip
and tighten it by socket wrench. Connect the pedal switch with
machine, and put the tube with filter below the liquid level
inside the storage tank. The position of tank should be lower
than the machine. Start to test the machine after all is ready.
(The filter should be installed for the intake, the pump should
not contain impurities or the pump will be blocked and the
pressure will be not enough for water to come out.)
2)Turn on the switch, the
LCD screen will show welcome words and the machine will be under standby
status after 3 seconds, (if the machine is under working status, other
buttons can't work, you need adjust the parameter after press the
“on/off” button to let the machine under pause status.) then press
“program-option” button, you can choose from 0-6. Choose program 0, you
can set the parameter by the four parameter-set keys. If you choose
program 1-6, you should long press the parameter-set key, you can't set
parameter until the shining cursor appears. Press the "parameter-set"
key to save the parameter after you finish the setting. Different
filling volume choose different program. As the machine can
automatically memorize the parameter, you don't need to repeat the
setting.

There are inching and automatic
filling, you can press the "Inching/Continuous" key to exchange. You
need to install a pedal switch if you choose the inching way, every
filling needs to press the pedal switch, and the interval time is
useless.
3)Measurement proofreading
Press "On/Off" button, the machine is under working status (light on),
you can hear the water pump is running, and observe if there's water
coming out from the nozzle. If the water can't come out for long time,
you can dismantle the nozzle and install it again after the water coming
out. If you choose the inching way for measurement proofreading, you can
use measuring glass or electronic scale to continuously adjust the
filling time and speed to meet the requirement. The normal work can be
carried out after the measurement proofreading is done.
