Commercial Orange Juice Extractor 110V

Stainless auto  orange juicer is designed to process fresh orange juice on site in the places such as hotels, restaurants, commercial centers and recreational shops. The machine automatically combines the functions of conveying, splitting and orange squeezing in one process, and it is easy to use. It has the advantages of high efficiency and high yield.In addition, it meets hygiene and safety requirements.

Operation Steps:

Place the machine on the table after it is taken out of the box; Make sure that no parts are missing in the box.
Connect power plug to a power/socket, turn on the power switch, and run the machine without load.
This is to check that machine runs normally and does not make any strange noise.
Then, check whether the waste bins and tray are placed st the correct positions, Then turn off the machine.
Put the cup on the tray to get juice.
Put pre-washed oranges into the top basket before squeezing.
Turn on the switch, and let the machine run without load for a while. Then put oranges into feed rail,
and oranges will roll into concave roller, cut the oranges into halves by the knife assembly and squeeze the oranges by the convex roller.
The juice flows into the cup.
Turn off the power switch to stop squeezing the oranges.

Fruit size requirements:the diameter is 4cm-8cm (1.57 "- 3.15"), the best diameter is 6cm-8cm (2.36 "- 3.15").

Efficiency:20-22 oranges per minute

Caution:Never turn off the machine while the oranges are squeezed.The product does not include cups for receiving orange juice.
