Product Features

The round corner cutter is equipped with 7 cutting blades R3-R9 on the blade disc, so 7 kinds of round corners with different radians can be formed through cutting. The cutting blades can be easily switched as long as the operator presses the red end handle and rotate the circular rod, switching operation is easy and convenient, and the cutting effect is good.

The two locating baffles are additionally installed on the working platform, so the operator does not need to worry about deviation. The locating baffles can be adjusted freely to adapt to different cutting requirements, so the adaptability is higher. In addition, the paper press device can cooperate with the locating baffles to tightly press the materials to be cut, so the deviation is better avoided.

The durable foot pedal is adopted by the round corner cutter, round corner cutting can be easily conducted when the foot pedal is pressed, time and labor are effectively saved, the cutting operation can be easily conducted by one person, the working efficiency is higher, and the user experience is better.

The round corner cutter is equipped with a paper box. By means of the paper scrap drawer design, the waste paper generated by cutting cannot scatter and can be well collected, the cleanliness of the working environment can be well kept, and the practicability and convenience can be greatly improved.

Operation Method

1. Place the machine on the stable table and check whether the machine is intact or not.

2. Install the power cord and foot pedal on the machine, and connect the plug to the 110V power supply.

3. Press the handle on the right side and rotate the circular rod on the top to select the appropriate blade at the same time.

4. Push the to-be-cut materials on the feeding platform to lean against the two locating baffles neatly.

5. Turn the emergency switch in the direction of arrows, and turn on the power switch.

6. Press the foot switch once, the machine cuts the materials once.

7. After finishing the cutting operation, turn off the power switch and unplug the machine.

8. Clean the material residues in the paper box away and store the machine in a dry and ventilated place.
