| This stainless steel commercial
meat cutter is suitable for small catering and meat processing
enterprises, kindergartens and small canteens. Applicable to pork,
beef, mutton and all kinds of kimchi and other meat.

Features:
●This is just a
QE10mm blade and does not include the machine
●The
blade is designed by external hanging style which is convenient for
washing and can guarantee your sanitation.
●It
can work for the thickness meat of 0.1-0.98"/2.5-25mm. If you need
other thickness, feel free to contact us.
●The
blades adopt special stainless material which hardness can reach to
the hardness of 52 degree . |
| Method of Using:
●Install the
blade on the machine, according to the brand voltage and
anti-leakage protection with the power supply. Make sure the ground
wire is OK. Turn on the switch and press the start button to see if
the blade is in the right direction.
●Turn on
the switch, press the start button, observe if the direction of the
blade is correct.
●Put the
ordinary meat which has removed the bones down slowly. Flake when
the first time cutting ,threadiness when the second time cutting and
granule when the third time cutting. It has the function of slicing,
shredding, dicing and softening the meat by changing different kinds
of blade.
●The
changing of blade: Cut down the power first then open the cover,
remove the screw and press the spring, pull the handle out at last. |

How to Clean and
Maintain |
Pull the water to the entrance
of the cover to flush the blade, or remove the blades set, put them
down in the water to clean.
Remove the blades, put it directly to the fridge bottle whose
temperature is under 0. wheel gear and oil tank should be applied of
oil on time. The blunt blades should be fixed by grinding wheel. |

| Attention
Can not put the hard fruit, meat with bones,
frozen meat, into the machine, or easy to damage the blade, stuck
the machine, shorten the life of the machine. |
