This portable design soft ice cream
machine is capable of producing 2 + 1 flavors of ice cream, with
one-click cleaning function. It comes with powerful compressors,
ergonomic handles, detachable drip tray, air vents, and external cone
holder. It can be widely applied to restaurants, cafes, and other places
with great needs.
The machine needs to be
used with ice cream powder and cannot use milk syrup.

| 1：In standby mode, press
the“Clean” button to enter the clean mode. The indicator light turns on,
the buzzer rings, and the agitator motor starts to work.
2：Press“Refrigeration” key machine into
refrigeration mode, refrigeration indicator light, buzzer sound,
stirring motor, compressor, fan motor began to run.
3：In Cold Storage Mode, press the up
and down keys to adjust the hardness. The higher the hardness, the
harder the ice cream. The lower the hardness, the softer the ice cream.
In the summer, if the ice cream is not
sold for a long time, as the temperature inside the tube increases, the
bacteria multiply faster, and it will spoil after a few hours. |

Operational considerations |
| 1:Operating Environment
for the machine:50℉-104℉（10℃-40℃）.
2：Place in a well-ventilated place, the
condenser dust to be treated regularly.
3：Leave at least 30 inches of space at
the back of the machine and at least 12 inches on either side to allow
cold air to flow in and hot air to flow out, ensuring a condensation
cycle.
4：Due to the inevitable vibration
during transportation, it is best to stand for 4 hours before use. |
