Note

1.Customers need to bring their own antifreeze. The recommended freezing point is below -35℃. Do not add water and salt water, otherwise it will damage the machine.

2.The machine is only used indoors and should be placed on a horizontal dry and hard ground. There should be no heat source exceeding 70℃ within 50 cm of the surrounding area.

3. The distance between the machine and the wall or other objects is more than 30 cm. The air inlet and outlet of the machine should be kept unblocked. There should be no inhalables nearby.

4. The machine needs an independent power supply. The section of the power cable should not be less than 2.5mm². Have a good grounding device. Ensure that the power supply line of the machine has short circuit and leakage protection.

Operation steps

Add refrigerant

1. Let the machine stand for 24 hours and remove the ice bucket and hanging plate. Pour the refrigerant into the freezer. Add all the way to the chilled level line.

2. Press the power button to pre-cool the machine for 1 hour before placing the ice bucket.

3. When the amount of refrigerant is reduced to less than the seventh pipe (from the bottom to the top), the refrigerant should be added.

Ice making and ice taking

1. Turn on the refrigeration switch, pre-cool the machine for one hour, cover the ice bucket filled with raw materials, wipe it clean and put it into the freezer. Hold the bucket down with the clamp. Close the lid of the machine.

2. Turn off the cooling switch and hang the ice bucket diagonally on the hanging plate to drain the refrigerant. Remove ice bucket and rinse with faucet until ice bricks can be poured out. Or soak in 40℃ water for 2-3 minutes, you can pour out the ice brick.

Maintenance

The dust on the condenser is cleaned every six months to avoid affecting the cooling effect.

1. Cut off the power supply.

2. Remove the cover using a screwdriver.

3. Use a brush to sweep away the dust and fluff on the condenser.
