Working principle:

When the material is sifted on the screen, it is affected by the vibration force, which makes it move on the screen surface, thus realizing the sieving purpose of the material. In the screening process, the material will travel a layer of pressure on the screen, through the screen surface of the pore discharge, to achieve the separation of different particles.

It is mainly composed of screen body, base, motor, screen net, pressing strip, damping spring, etc. . The screen body and screen are the main working parts, stainless steel strip and bolts are used to fix the screen, shock-absorbing springs play the role of buffer and fixed bracket.
