Principles of Safe Use

2. When using this device, do not put magnetic workpieces into processing (such as iron or magnetic workpieces). If necessary, please contact the manufacturer and do not place electronic valuables on the machine table (such as watches, mobile phones, electronic equipment, etc.).
3.When the components of the equipment are damaged or abnormal in operation, immediately cut off the power and stop working, and notify the relevant after-sales service personnel.
4.When the surface of the machine heats up, pay attention to checking whether the cold air cooling fan on the back cover is operating properly. Prohibit high-temperature applications.
5. Please turn off the power and cut off the main power when not using the device.
6. Do not work at low frequencies for long periods of time, as lightning may cause damage to the machine.

Operation process

1.Insert the magnetic steel needle into the grinding container and add an appropriate amount of workpiece at the same time.
2.Add an appropriate amount of water, and the liquid level should be 1-3cm higher than the workpiece surface.
3.The ratio of polishing agent to water is 2:100.
4.Place the grinding bucket into the grinding groove and set the polishing time.
5.Turn on the power and press the start button (failure to press will result in no timing and no shutdown).
6.The differences in the workpiece require adjustment of the steel needle, water, and polishing agent ratio, which must be appropriate.
