Operation Method

1. Connect one end of the flexible shaft to the interface of the main unit.
2. Connect one end of the vacuum tube to the interface of the main unit.
3. Thread the flexible shaft through the other end of the vacuum tube and install the cleaning brush.
4. Place the cleaning brush into the interior of the duct and seal the duct opening.
5. Turn on the main power switch and turn on the vacuum and flexible shaft switches simultaneously.
6. Select the manual or remote control mode as needed. The remote controller can control the on/off function of both the flexible shaft and vacuum switches simultaneously.
7. Adjust the forward or reverse rotation direction as needed.
8. Rotate the speed knob to adjust the brush speed.
9. After using the machine, take down the dust collection box and remove the dust.
　

Product Features

The cleaning pipe diameter range can be 50-200mm, and brushes with different sizes are provided to adapt to various fresh air ducts. The combination of brushes and pipes solves the problem that the fresh air duct is difficult to clean and greatly saves time and labor.

The 15m long flexible shaft can be installed to thoroughly clean a 30m air pipe at one time, can pass through three right-angle bends continuously, is suitable for pipelines with different angles and broadens the application range of the cleaning machine.

The combination design of sweeping and suction is adopted, the sweeping and dust suction functions can be fulfilled simultaneously, dust can be collected while cleaning is conducted, and the cleaning efficiency and effect are greatly improved.

The machine is equipped with a remote control device. It can control the brushes to be started and stopped in a remote control mode after the brushes enter pipelines, remote control operation is achieved, and the control mode can be selected as needed.

Multiple buttons and switches are integrated on the control panel, the user can control the machine to start and stop through these buttons and switches on the control panel, operation is easy and convenient, and the operating difficulty is greatly reduced.

The displayer and the speed regulator are combined, different numerical values can be set and shown on the displayer, the stepless speed regulation range is 0-1400RPM, different parameter settings are flexibly switched, and parameters can be adjusted as required.
