Internal temperature limit protection function.

1. Fix over the blender after poling screw hole, adjust height of cross clamp, place to fasten on the reaction  bottle with universal, into the appropriate mixing, insert the power  supply to 110 ∨, turn on the switch.

2. Press the "SPEED" knob and the "r/min" window will display the SPEED.  Adjust the "SPEED" knob clockwise and adjust it to the appropriate  position according to the SPEED display for stirring. After the setting,  the "r/min" window displays the real-time speed. When the set speed is  reached, the speed display window is stable.

3. Press the "HEAT" knob to display the temperature in the "℃" window.  Adjust the "HEAT" knob clockwise and HEAT it to the required position  according to the temperature display. After setting, the "HEAT" window  displays the measured temperature. During heating, the "HEAT" window  shows a jump between the measured temperature and the set temperature.

4. Self-setting function: when the self-setting function is started, the  heating time is the shortest, the impact temperature is the smallest and  the balance is the best when the heating power and solution are  irregular in different heating stages. However, the self-setting  function should be reset after changing the heating medium or heating condition.

5. Start self-tuning: in the normal measurement control state, press and  hold the "AT" button for 8 seconds to enter the self-tuning state, and the AT light flashes in the self-tuning state.

6. There is a rubber plug under the mixer, which is used to protect the  external thermocouple socket from corrosion and rust and to guide the  internal wire. If the plug is removed, the internal probe will be  disconnected and the machine will stop working. When using external  thermocouple, the plug should be unplugged and stored. Insert the plug  of external thermocouple into the socket and lock the nut. Then put the stainless steel probe into the solution for temperature control heating.

7. The appliance is equipped with a couple protection function, when the  thermocouple is not connected properly, the display window "HHHH" green light goes off, the appliance stops heating, need to check before using.

2. The instrument should be well grounded.

3. For the first time, white smoke and peculiar smell are emitted, which  is a normal phenomenon. Because the insulation materials contain oil and  other compounds in the production process, they should be put in a  ventilated place and can be used normally after disappearing for several  minutes.

4. The temperature resistance of the motor and magnet of the agitator is  limited. Therefore, during the heating test, especially at high  temperature, the instrument cannot be used for heating alone.

5. At the end of high temperature heating, please turn off the heat, and  leave the residual temperature for a few minutes before turning off and  stirring.

6. The heating part is at a higher temperature. Please be careful when  working to avoid scalding.

7. In case of wet hands, liquid overflow or long-term exposure to  excessive humidity, induction electricity may be transmitted to the  enclosure through the insulation layer. Please make sure that the  grounding wire is used and pay attention to ventilation. If the  electricity leakage is serious, please do not use it again. Please put  it in the sun or in the oven to dry before using it, so as to avoid the  danger.

8. In case of power failure, please first check whether the right rear  safety shall be replaced.

9. When not in use for a long time, please keep the instrument clean and  keep it in a dry place without corrosive gas.
