Material: 40 Cr-Mn alloy steel, 38-42 degree quenching vacuum heat treatment, more refined and more durable

Designed to fit 8" size Kitagawa B208 type or similar CNC power chucks and manual chucks in soft jaw machining
3 independently adjustable pins fit into soft jaw's counterbore to allow for even pressure clamping on each, eliminating jaw lifting
Without discs or bungs used to clamp jaws, through boring of jaw is possible
Boring ring will give you better concentricity and a truer soft jaw bore
