The rocker curved edge banding
machine is a multifunctional edge banding device for processing the
edges of boards in different shapes. The machine has the functions of
data storage, powerful suction, automatic strip breakage, double-sided
glue coating, dual foot pedal control and so on. Compared with a
traditional edge banding machine, the rocker arm edge banding machine
has the advantages of being capable of conducting straight edge banding,
curved edge banding and abnormally-shaped edge banding, achieving
automatic adaptation through the rocker arm, being free of frequent
adjustment, flexibly processing various workpieces and being compact in
structure and easy to operate. |

- Temperature Regulator
The user needs to set the temperature when using the hot melt glue
and can adjust the temperature in real time according to the working
state.
- Length Displayer
The edge banding length can be displayed in real time along with the
edge banding operation.
- Edge Banding Governor
When the temperature reaches the set temperature, the motor can be
started to conduct edge banding operation. The speed can be adjusted
as needed to meet different requirements of edge banding operation.
- Power Indicator
When the machine is powered on, the power indicator can be on.
- Emergency Stop Switch
The user can press the emergency stop switch immediately to stop the
machine in emergency so as to avoid accidents.

Foldable Rocker Arm
The total length of the foldable arm is 1530mm. The user can
push the board on the suction disc to conduct edge banding
operation along with the flexible movement of the foldable arm.
The foldable arm can be folded and unfolded easily and flexibly
in the process of the edge banding operation according to the
edge banding shape, curved edge banding is flexible and
efficient, time and labor are greatly reduced, and the high
adaptability is well achieved.

Suction Disc
The suction disc has the high suction so that the board can be
firmly sucked onto the suction disc and prevented from being
suspended in the air. It can cooperate with the foldable rocker
arm to achieve smooth edge banding operation. The suction disc
can be independently controlled by the corresponding foot pedal,
operation is easy and convenient, two hands of the user are
liberated, and the operating complexity is greatly reduced.

Workpiece Platform
The edge banding machine is equipped with a small workpiece
platform, multiple beads are designed for the platform, so that
small boards in different shapes and sizes can be easily pushed
to be processed on the workpiece platform. The small workpiece
platform can cooperate with the suction disc to complete edge
banding of various boards. The labor intensity is greatly
reduced, and the production efficiency is remarkably improved.

Gluing Assembly
The glue coating assembly adopts a high-temperature-resistant
bearing and sealing rings, achieves double-sided glue coating in
the edge banding process, thereby achieving efficient glue
coating and having a good gluing effect. The large-capacity glue
pot avoids frequent addition of the hot melt glue, thereby
greatly reducing the labor intensity. The lengthened knobs
facilitate the glue quantity adjustment, and operation is more
convenient and easier.

Limiting Part
The height of the strip limiting part can be adjusted according
to the width of the edge banding strip. The edge banding strip
can be prevented from moving up and down and can be smoothly fed
in the edge banding process, the edge banding error can be
avoided, and the edge banding strip can be better glued to the
board.

Dual
Foot Pedals
The two foot pedals control the suction disc and edge banding
operation correspondingly. The suction disc can work and stop by
operating the suction disc foot pedal, and the edge banding
operation can be conducted by operating the edge banding foot
pedal. Two hands of the user are liberated, the functions are
clear and accurate, the operating complexity and difficulty are
greatly reduced, and the user experience is good.
