Operation Methods
	The dough mixer is connected to a power source, the emergency switch is turned on, the stop/start button is pressed, the timing button is pressed, and then the user can choose the following modes:
(1) if the user wants to mix flour at a fast speed for 3 minutes: the timing button is pressed, the fast speed lamp lights up, the right display window flickers, the time value can be set to be 3 through the "+" button and the "-" button, then the fast speed buttton is pressed, and the machine starts to run.
(2) if the user wants to mix flour at a slow speed for 6 minutes: the timing button is pressed, the slow speed lamp lights up, the left display window flickers, the time value can be set to be 6 through the "+" button and the "-" button, then the slow speed buttton is pressed, and the machine starts to run.
(3) if the user wants to mix flour in an automatic mode with the fast speed for 3 minutes and the slow speed for 6 minutes: the timing button is pressed, the timing lamp lights up, the left display window is set to be 6, the timing button is pressed again, the right display window is set to be 3, the automatic button is pressed, then the automatic mode choice lamp lights up, the mode button is pressed to choose the high to low mode immediately, the machine starts to run.
After the dough mixer stops running, the user can continuously press the reverse button, the machine reversely rotates at a low speed, the user releases the reverse button, the machine stops running, and the dough can be conveniently taken out.
