a timely manner. It is strictly prohibited to operate the machine with
defects;
6. It is strictly prohibited for the fruit picker to work under
overload; Professional personnel should inspect, adjust, and maintain
the equipment after the end of each day's work. For example, adding
lubricating grease, repairing welding, etc;
7. When the fruit picking machine is blocked by the drum, the feeding
amount, the humidity of the peanut seedlings, the tightness of the motor
triangle belt, and the power supply voltage should be checked;
When the peanut picker cannot pick the peanuts completely, adjust the
gap between the rolling teeth and the bottom of the sieve. A large gap
between the rolling teeth and the bottom of the screen can easily cause
incomplete removal; When there are many impurities in the peanut fruit
and the peanut small fruit is sucked out, the suction port should be
adjusted appropriately. Lower the air intake when there is a lot of
debris; When peanuts are sucked out, adjust the suction port.
