the lathe bed and chuck is antirust oil, Belong to normal
phenomenon,which can be wiped off with oil or gasoline before
use.Be sure to clean the anti-rust oil on the chuck before
starting and turn the chuck by hand to prevent the chuck from
jamming and causing the circuit board to burn out!! |

1. Control panel:
Spindle rotation speed is
divided into two adjustable gears:50-1250 rpm and
1250-2500rpm. Panel can observe the rotation speed in real
time,which is convenient and flexible.
Switching between metric and
imperial is no longer required by changing gears! Only need
to operate through the panel, save
a lot of time!

2. Accurate Tailstock:
Tailstock is movable and
fixed, with a maximum center distance of 31.5" at the far
right. With the MT#2 taper in tailstock spindle, this lathe
is capable of adjusting set screws for accurate operation.

3. Two Chucks:
The left side of the lathe
with two chucks, the concentricity of 0.03-0.05mm, can be
processed longer objects, especially in the processing of
shaft and pipe part processing accuracy is higher!

4. Switch:
Lathe above the design of
forward and reverse switch and start & emergency stop
switch, easy to operate, in case of emergency can
immediately cut off the power supply, to ensure personal
safety.

5. 4-way Tool Post:
The adjustable 4-way tool post
on the lathe allows you to easily change your cutting tools.
The 8 screws allow you to better grip the tool and finish
the machining efficiently.

6. Belt & Gear:
Belt drives the spindle to
rotate, and the speed is adjusted more accurately. Powder
metallurgy gear, not easy to break teeth, low noise,
replacement gear can process different threads.

7. Metric Scale:
Precise metric are provided on the saddle handle,the tailstock handle and
the movable center, allowing for more accurate and
professional work.

8. Self-acting Feed:
Self-acting feed design solves
many disadvantages of manual feeding, and can set
self-acting feed speed through the panel, greatly improve
the machining accuracy and efficiency.

9. Wide Application:
This lathe can be used for

beads, as well as drilling, chamfering, cutting and other

switch the direction of turning tool through "DIR" button;
