		| Operating instructions: |  
		| 1. Tempcrature suggested for regular food / fruits: Herbs/flower: 35-40°C,Bread: 40-50°C,Fruits: 55-60°C,Meat/fish: 65-70°C.
 The dryingtime is determined by the food/fruit thickness (the 
		environment temperature and humidity will cause some influence).The 
		thinner that the food / fruit is, the faster it will be dried.
 2. Put the sliced food on the trays and adjust the temperature to the 
		required degree. The temperature for fruit and vegetable shall not 
		exceed 65°C to avoid destroying the vitamins. When you need to dehydrate 
		some food with self-protective it is recommended that you cook them for 
		1-2 minutes and put in cold water and then dry.
 3. When the machine is on, the wind comes out of the front door, and you 
		can hear the working sound.
 4. Adjust the drying time according to different food and personal 
		preferences (soft or crispy).The dried fruits can be put into the 
		keep-fresh bag or sealed bottles and then keep them in refrigerator.
 5. Connect with power and turn on the machine, the panel will light up, 
		choose needed layer accordingly. Then press the time/temperature button 
		to set the time/temperature you need.The time must be longer than 1 hour 
		and temperature needs exceed 35°C,You can pause orstop any layer if 
		needed. When you need to increase temperature or adjust time, you need 
		toselect that layer first, then set it accordingly.

		Tips: |  
		| 1. Do not overlap foods. Lay foods flat on the 
		Dehydrating Racks. 2. Check dryness after 6 hours, then check every 2 hours until crisp, 
		pliable or leathery depending on the product.
 3. Check foods to make sure they are completely dry before removing. 
		Open or cut down the middle of a few samples to check internal dryness. 
		lf the foods is still moist,dehydrate longer.
 4. Label each container with the food name, date of drying and the 
		original weight. Keep a journal to help improve drying techniques.
 5. Proper storage is essential to maintain quality food. Package the 
		food when cool. Foods can be kept longer if stored in a cool, dark, dry 
		place. The ideal storagetemperature is 60°F(16°C)or lower.
 6. Place dried foods in plastic freezer bags before storing in metal or 
		glass containers. Remove as much air as possible before sealing.
 7. Vacuum sealing is ideal for keeping dried foods.
 8. Remember, foods will shrink approximately 1/4 to 1/2 their original 
		size and weight during the dehydration process,so pieces should not be 
		cut too small. One poundof raw meat will yield approximately 1/3 lb.(0.2 
		kg) to 1/2lb.(0.2kg) of jerky.
 9. Use the Drying Guide on the control panel as a reference for proper 
		temperature settings. lf the heat is set too high, food may harden and 
		dry on the outside,yet bemoist on the inside . lf the temperature is too 
		low, the drying time will increase.
